Customer Service Lead – After-Sales Service

Reporting to the Operations team, you will be responsible for managing after-sales service requests. You will ensure rigorous, human, and structured follow-ups to maintain long-term relationships with our customers and guarantee their satisfaction after delivery or installation of our products.

Your daily life :

  • Receive and process new service requests.
  • Follow up on after-sales service files with customers and suppliers.
  • Document interventions completed by Jalmo (service reports, work orders, follow-ups).
  • Coordinate communications between customers, operations, and sales.
  • Participate in scheduling service appointments with customers.
  • Collect customer availability and coordinate schedules with operations.
  • Communicate with customers regarding changes or adjustments to the schedule.
  • Contact customers after delivery or installation to gather feedback.
  • Request and compile Google reviews.
  • Compile after-sales department statistics.
  • Contribute to improving internal processes related to the customer experience.

Requirements :

  • Excellent command of French and English, spoken and written.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft (Office).
  • Experience with a CRM (Pipedrive is an asset).
  • After-sales service experience or similar role (minimum 3 years).
  • Experience in the windows/doors industry or construction (a strong asset).
